职位描述：
Working Group and Forum Meetings
· Identification of topics and organisation of working group and forum meetings in collaboration with Chairs and Co-Chairs
· Preparation of agenda, publication on the website, preparation of material, drafting of minutes and writing of articles in local newsletter for working group and forum meetings
· Provision of assistance to working group and forum Chairs in drafting the position papers prior to overall review and production
· Writing of annual reports for working groups and forums
· Completion of specific research on working group and forum related issues and regulations
· Exchange with working groups and forums of other European Chamber offices
· Organization and promotion of new working groups or forums
· Development of contacts with all members and identification of potential members
· Update of the distribution lists for working group and forum members
 
Government Relations
· Establishment of relationship with relevant government authorities
· Preparation, organisation and follow-up of regular government meetings
· Translation of meeting related correspondence and during meetings
· Provision of relevant articles to the local newsletter
 
Communication
· Responsibility for the Chapter’s media relations
 
Advertising Sales
· Identification of potential advertisers and development of advertisement package
· Sales of online and printed advertisement as per yearly budget planning
· Development of advertisement design with client
· Writing of advertisement agreements; follow-up on payment and invoice issuance
 
Membership development
· Development of the membership of the Nanjing chapter according to monthly and annual targets
· Preparation of potential members lists and of focused membership development campaigns
· Contact, meet and provide information to potential members according to the development campaign
· Contact and follow up with all non-members participating European Chamber events, WG and Forum meetings

Membership retention
· Managing member relations for the Chamber through telephone, email and face-to-face communication to reach and exceed targets of new membership by providing exceptional standards of customer relationship management
· Developing membership sales plans to ensure the Chamber's membership targets are met
· Actively organizing and managing membership campaigns
· Developing and updating regular reports on membership levels and sales campaigns, and providing progress reports to senior management
· Developing and maintaining close relations with potential members and members
· Dealing with membership inquiries
· Maintaining the membership database
· Collecting contact details for Working Groups/Forms from new members, replying to new members queries or putting them in touch with relevant person in the office
· Invite personally (by email or phone call) new members to events that might be of special interest to them

Desired skills & experience
· University degree in a business related subject
 · At least 1 year of related experience in a customer relations role
 · Strongly customer-focused and target Driven
 · Strong analytical and communication skills
 · Outgoing, flexible and proactive, with a team-player attitude
 · Near-native fluency in English required
 · Chinese language ability preferred, and knowledge of other language (German or French) would be a definite asset
