Position Summary:
Entegris is seeking an account manager for a key account management in Jiang Su Province. The role is responsible for delivering sales revenue target, gaining market share, collecting competitive information and promoting Entegris Technology & Products. This position is to carry out the BU goals and formulate sales strategies, resulted in customer recognition as the preferred world class supplier.


Essential Job Duties:
1. Understand and foresee key account’s business and technology road map, drive internal teams to provide solutions, establish technical edge and market competitiveness for attaining and maintaining critical preferred supplier position, maximize revenue, profit and market share.

2. Understand corporate business division and sales and marketing operation goals, develop and execute account strategy plans to achieve sales objectives with the support from team including global account team.

3. Participate in China/Taiwan sales and marketing meetings for regular business and account update. Implement account sales rolling forecast, make sure accuracy from understanding business trend.

4. Drive effective pricing strategy and manage contract and price negotiations process at global account focuses on enlarge or develop market share average in accordance with total profit strategy.

5. Work closely with global account team and regional support teams such as Product Management, Logistics, Quality, Finance, etc, to ensure indirect pre and after-sale service are effectively provided. Eliminate non- value added cost to customer to improve competitiveness.

6. Ensure information alignment for global account team
7. Serve as company primary point of escalation in addressing and resolving matters that have been elevated as a critical. Provide key stakeholders (BU, Region, Corporate) visibility of problems/issues that warrant their attention.

8. Work with customers and global team and Entegris BU to ensure company Product Obsolescence or PCN to be implemented.

9. Demonstrate leadership presence that is capable of diffusing/resolving escalated matters yet do so in a manner that keeps Company in good standing.

10. Maintain market share, update selling tools, participate required conference call and update relevant material package to share for all Fab’s modules biz in this key account.

11. Effectively utilize the support of Division Technologist and Field Applications Engineers for pre and after-sale activities.

12. Establish customer intimacy with all key management team or individual at key account to promote partnerships, and ensure Entegris is supporting customer’s short and long term business strategy.

13. Develop and maintain senior level connections and relationships new opportunities and application business.

14. Develop a supplier rating management process with cross functional teams once qualified; orchestrate internal action plans based on customer feedback and continuous improvement activities to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
15. Monitor, support and manage channel partners if required.


Specifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
1. Proven communication, planning and interpersonal skills and ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

2. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, governmental regulations.

3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to generate detailed technical sales, marketing reports, and spreadsheets. Writing sales reports, business update presentation, and primary product introduction.
  
4. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.

5. Since this role is a liaison between customers, BU and other internal supporting teams, good written and oral communication in English skills are essential.

6. Ideal candidate is an independent, assertive self-starter with good people skills, who has 5+ years experiences in semiconductor sales or marketing position.

7. Certain Knowledge of the manufacturing system within the chemistry industry.

8.Key/Critical account management experience in the chemical supplier of semi-conductor industry is strongly desired

9.Rich Experience of Business growth and development during a sales career period.


Education/Experience
A BS or above degree in chemistry discipline with 5-10 years key/critical account management of experience in the semiconductor industry preferred, or a relevant combination of experience and education.


Working Environment/Physical Activities:
1. Environment: Located in Nanjing is preferred, can be in Shanghai or nearby along the route between Shanghai & Nanjing.

2. Significant travel locally and internationally (up to 50% initially) is required to conduct the selling and internal operation.
