职位描述

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with web operations including release deployment planning, execution, and validation

  • Monitor Quick Build and Web Sphere Commerce scheduled jobs, ensuring timely and proper execution; assist with design and implementation of new scheduled jobs when required.

  • Ensure compliance with Coach Change Management process, security procedures, and PCI protocols

  • Provide assistance to business users on various systems including Web Sphere Commerce Accelerator, CMC (Catalog Management Center), Web Sphere Content Management (WCM)

  • Manage the day to day IS support activities for the Web Sphere Commerce area.

  • Document system designs and processes in collaboration with US e-Commerce team to ensure consistency across geographies and teams.

  • Monitor system performance in concert with established procedures provided by US ecommerce administration team.

  • Manage and execute against project plan and delivery commitments.

  • Maintain and communicate timelines, progress and status reports to management.

  • Partner with IS teams and counterparts in Asia offices as well as US corporate office.

  • Potential monthly travel between HK & Shanghai.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline

  • 5 years' experience operating ecommerce sites with 3 years' experience in installation, configuration, and administration of Web Sphere Commerce applications and systems, preferably for a retailer

  • 2 years' experience with and sound knowledge of the business processes of the retail industry.

  • Experience with BANDD, BODL, WCDB, Quick Build (or other scheduling applications)

  • Expertise with Linux, Unix, DB2, Web Sphere Application Server, including command line capabilities

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, including log analysis, CPU and memory analysis, Java Heap analysis, SQL optimization and performance analysis

  • Strong ownership on the incident response and its communication, including Root Cause Analysis(RCA) report creation

  • Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Quality Center, BMC Remedy

  • Strong understanding of Web Analytics packages is required - Omniture or Coremetrics is a plus

  • Strong understanding of Japan ecommerce business(incl. Mobile EC) is plus

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills in English, with experience in partnering with Japanese native business clients, such as 3rd party logistics, and other English native IS team members to design and implement systems.

  • Must be energetic and detailed oriented. Adaptable, flexible with strong sense of responsibility. Ability to multi-task, and prioritize

  • Ability to manage uncertainties/conflicts and steer towards alignment.
