职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
To design commercial collections that are aligned with the brand for which he/she is responsible for.
? Development of commercially viable collections and individual styles based on key fashion trends, fabric, colors and silhouettes
? Review with the Buying development samples to ensure that designs have been properly interpreted
?Develops new product idea at the request of the management team
? Works closely with suppliers for sample development and takes part in supplier visits
? Actively does trend research-Fairs, WGSN, Internet, magazines etc.
? Works with the related teams & vendors on achieving best cost effectiveness of C&A products
? Takes part in competition shopping both domestically and internationally to keep abreast of domestic and global fashion trends
Profile:
? Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years working experience in a key fashion design position
? Creative, Adaptable, dynamic with good communication skill, good team player
? Familiar with standard computerised design and collection building tools
?Strong Fashion sense and eye for details; understanding of the China consumer
? Able to convert paper designs & samples into highly saleable products.
? Fluent in Mandarin (English also preferred); be required to travel occasionally.
