Primary Purpose
The Store Support Manager - Store Systems will be responsible for providing systems support to Coach Asia's Stores, which is counted 50+ and located multi country widely. The person in this position will have overall responsibility on all of system activities, including day to day system support.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage the day to day IS support activities for the retail area. The Hands-on activities are required as a back up of members who are reporting to.
? Manage the implementation of system enhancements and new systems through the project life cycle. Responsibilities include: Developing the functional and technical design, configuring systems, providing guidance to programmers, system testing, coordinating user testing and support implementation.
? Plan, manage and implement various projects in the retail area.
? Build a small team of analysts responsible for various store daily operation area in the future.
? Manage the relationship with the vendors for Coach Aisa.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree and Minimum of 5 years experience in a combination retail system operation support for the in-store systems cross functionally by the global team.
? Experiences and knowledge on the business processes of in-store operation.
? Solid experiences on the POS ,In-Store Systems and new store opening , daily store support process.
? Strong communication and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese, with experience in partnering with business client, and relevant vendors
? The experiences / knowledge on the below area is required.
? - People and vendor management
? - Modern Project Management
? The experiences / knowledge on the below area is desired.
? - ITIL
? Must be energetic and detailed oriented person
? Adaptable and flexible person who has strong sense of responsibility - Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks.
? Strong Leadership and People-development.
