Roles & Responsibilities

? Responsible for the AR booking and invoice issue

? Make sure the company credit control policy is effective

? Prepare the AR aging report and highlight the past due accounts

? Cooperate with sales team to take affective measures to collect the past due account

? Communicate with customers regarding their account status and make subsequent collection of payments

? Prepare accounting booking on warranty, rebate and other selling expense in ERP system and sufficient supporting as voucher preparation and archiving

? Prepare the timely & quality account reconciliation

? Ensure the timely & quality month-end closing and internal/external reporting

? Support internal and external Audit

? To make sure other things assigned by superiors done timely and accuracy


Qualifications

? College or University degree, major in Accounting, Auditing or related Finance areas

? Accountant qualification preferred

? 3 years accountant experience in Foreign invest company

? With BAAN ERP system experience preferred

? Good command of English in writing, reading and speaking

? Good computer skills, especially in MS Office

? Good interpersonal skill & communication skill

? Team work spirit
