IT Analyst

This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou . Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.

Position has a direct impact on daily operations of the Chuandongbei Gas Field Project forming an essential and integral part of the daily operations for all CDB Nanba personnel and departments.

Job Responsibilities
Provide computer support for CDB Gas project. Ensure the CDB IT Infrastructure (data center, network, servers, computers, phones, radios, applications, printers etc.) are functioning and meet the needs of the end users.
Serve as point of contact for computer system issues
Track and monitor all issues to completion
Coordinate the escalation of issues to 2nd level support and ensure their resolution
Train and consult IT and customers on the use of the computer systems, especially MS Office applications
Ensure compliance of the environment
Provide excellent customer service

Provide advanced 2nd level support in one or more of the following areas to support IT team and CDB workforce:
Data Center Maintenance – (HVAC, UPS, etc)
Server Support/Maintenance – (server builds, patching, applying security, etc)
Network and Communication – (IP Phone setup, switch and router port configuration, etc)
Desktop configuration and advanced tool use (GIL license mgt, SMS administration, GIL tools, etc)

Communicate, collaborate, share information (English and Chinese, written and oral) with other IT team members, other CDB departments, CVX IT organizations (ITC, ETC, etc), and vendors in order to achieve the object of support of the various computing environment and improve the quality of the overall IT service provided.

Provide field project management and planning for the addition and/or enhancement of field systems:
Motorola Tetra Radio System
Access Control System
Field IT Infrastructure System (Cabling, Wire & Wireless etc.)
Satellite TV System

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree Preferred in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.
+5 years’ experience in providing IT support in one or both of the functional areas above for a medium to large size company (+100 end users).
Ability to communicate written and oral in Mandarin and English (CET Level 4 or higher) 举报 分享
