职位描述
- In this function you are responsible for executing a diversified range of tasks within the field of the train control system with focus on software engineering and software adaptation (adaptation to new train hardware/sub systems, modifications based on field experience) as well as the preparation of the necessary documents such as technical concepts, requirement specifications, interface descriptions, requirement specifications and others.
Field of Responsibility
- Requirement clarification based on customer specifications
- Interface clarification with internal and external business partners
- Preparing concepts and functional specifications for the train hard and software as well as test specifications
- Analysis of train control diagnosis data; root cause analysis of systematic and sporadic software and hardware problems of the train vehicle control system
- Supporting the commissioning, warranty and after sales phases of the projects
- Software modification and adaptation of the control software based software specifications
- Execution of developer and system software tests by using either a PC-based simulation environment or directly the train
- Support of the overall hardware planning and software development
- Responsibility in terms of deliveries, commitments, quality and costs
Education
- University or Master degree in electrical or automation engineering, preferably in the field of railway engineering
Knowledge
- Competence in the field of automation and control engineering
- Software programming and application of tools for creating, modifying, testing and documenting programs for programmable logic controllers
- Competence in the field of bus system application for automation control systems
- Experience in the field of railway manufacturers or its suppliers, preferably in China
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, German language skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Access, Word, Excel and Outlook
