Mission
- Achieve maximum savings on Air Travel Commodity of NEA and improve service quality to internal customers.

Task
- Obtain cost savings in air travel commodity via feasible and aggressive measures
- Responsible for contracts management for travel agency and airlines.
- Analyze monthly saving measures and lost saving data to offer proposal to Management
- Coordinate with suppliers to upkeep high service standards.
- Roll out travel management and credit card service to OCs/JVs.
- SCM IM homepage update on Mobility related information.
- Monitor travel policy compliance with Hub colleagues
Knowledge
- Familiar with Travel Sky system
- Job specific knowledge on corporate travel management
- Computer skills
- good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Access
- Communication skill in both English and Chinese
- Professional ethics and integrity
Experience
- At least 3 years experience in international Travel Management Companies and familiar with travel sky booking system.
- Experience on project management
Education
- Bachelor or above
