Mission of Function
- Facilitates Rollout and Enhancement Projects for SMO AAE Application porfolio (SPIRIDON(SAP), BI, Nexus) in the region AAE. Ensuring that the projects are exedcuted in a timely, professional and cost efficient manner. Taking customer requests into consideration and balancing those with the Application objective of standardization. Briding and mediation between customer management, power users and IT delivery to achieve target oriented and focused results
Contacts(internal/external)
- Internal: With project team members as well as with the Program and Rollout Manager
- External: With all project team members and stakeholders from Siemens Companies in the region AAE during the implementation phase
Task
- Manage Rollout projects for Application portfolio in the region AAE ( Plan, Schedule, Control, Deliver, Document, Lead)
Experience
- Understanding the business requirements of different business units and their operating companies. Translating requirements into proper technical language and guiding the customer into the right direction, prefenting a expensive and complicated solutions
- Motivation of the teams, setting targets and objectives, guiding both parties (Customer and IT Delivery) into the right direction, preparing schedules fitting the scope and company specifics
- Dealing with mutlicutural environments
