职位描述：
1.Acts as single technical point of contact between OE customer, program manager, within project team, plant, different competence centers.
2.Technical problem solving lead, get the epert support from TEN internal and external technical centers
3.Follow sample build, submit, test. Get technical agreement before start to do the preparation and sample building
4.Plan for test, and follow test, such as DV,PV; review report and submit to customer .Test report review before send to customer
5.Drive design, technical review and release prints; DFMEA updating
6.Follow Ride work from tuning kit preparing to damping force confirm, and update BOM, release BOM ,Engineering changes quality control
7.Prepare documents which need submitted to customer.
8.Improve the relationship with customer
9.Fire fighting and failure problem sloving

岗位要求
Education/ Certification 教育背景/证书：
Bachelor degree in mechanical/automotive engineering
Master is a plus
Work Experience 工作经验：
min 5 years experience
Basic work Requirement 基本工作要求：
Adequate technical & mechanical understanding.
Stress-resistant and a strong analytical and creative approach.
Good communication skills and able to operate independent within a Team structure.
Ability to travel to suppliers, plants, and customer locations to support development requirements.
Good knowledge of English. Spoken and written. Additional language skills requirement based on customer group focus.
Must have the ability to utilize problem solving tools and development methods (DOE, statistical analysis experience a plus)
Below experience is a plus优选技能:
Familiar with automotive OEM program design and release system is a plus
Working knowledge of testing, FMEA and CAE analysis.
Must have the ability to generate engineering analysis programs, perform spreadsheet calculations, utilize program management, graphics and word processing software.
Demonstrated DVP&R and/or ride control reliability experience.

Tenneco (Beijing) Ride Control Systems Co., Ltd (short for TBRC) established in 1995, is the earliest joint-venture company that Tenneco has invested in China. The joint venture partners are world-known Tenneco Automotive (TA), which owns 65% equity, and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. (BAIC), which owns 35% equity. The Register Funds is USD8.3 million. TBRC is engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing automotive shock absorbers. As a part of Tenneco’s global network, TBRC can fully share Tenneco's global accumulated technical experience and world leading design ideas. Additionally with advanced production equipments and process technology, it fully ensures that TBRC can provide high-quality shock absorbers to any OE customers around the world as per their demands.

TBRC locates at Wutong Road, Tongzhou Industry Development Zone of Tongzhou district in Beijing. The plant occupies an area of 30,774 m2 with construction area of 14,000 m2. Under more than ten years' development, now the company has the annual production capacity of 2.5 million units of shock absorbers. Along with its growth, TBRC has established good cooperation relationships with main OEMs in China, including FAW-VW, SGM, CFMA, DPCA, Beijing Hyundai, JMC, Changhe Suzuki, etc with supplying high-quality shock absorbers for high-level passenger cars such as Audi C6, EII, Parking Avenue, Focus, Mazda 3, Volvo S40, Peugeut307, Transit, Grand Caravan, etc.

In order to better serve the OE customers, TBRC builds its own JIT warehouses in Changchun, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing, and Jing Dezhen, which ensures the fast and convenient logistics service.
