职位描述
A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop China sourcing strategy for raw materials commodity;
2. Lead raw materials supplier identification, development and management;
3. Take full responsibility for master purchase agreement signing on with raw materials suppliers;
4. Drive raw materials localization for all Joy global plants in China
5. Communicate with global sourcing team and drive Joy Global China spend in raw materials;
6. Manager raw materials supplier performance in cost, quality and delivery, and provide solid support to day-to-day purchasing and manufacturing.
B. REQUIREMENTS
1. 5+ years of experience in Sourcing Commodity Manager roles within a major corporation;
2. Rich Experience in mechanical industry and deep understanding for steel plate and steel mill;
3. Sound commercial and business management skills;
4. Good team player;
5. Good communication skill;
6. Good English skill.
