Position Statement
The Relocations Sales Manager – Shanghai is responsible for managing the sales apparatus of the Relocations business in the Shanghai market. In alignment with the core values of the Crown Worldwide Group, the Relocations Sales Manager is tasked with managing the Shanghai Relocations sales and account management team, and overseeing service delivery to high profile and VIP clientele.

Key Tasks and Responsiblities
? Manage and monitor the sales side of the Relocations business
? Oversee and contribute to the management of the small and medium corporate account portfolio of the Shanghai branch
? Regularly review the move management process as it relates to the sales team and identify areas for improvement, adjustment, or correction
? Regularly visit pack jobs for a Quality Check to ensure services are being delivered by the Crown Standard
? Address any customer satisfaction feedback related to the performance of the sales team
? Lead the Shanghai Relocations Sales department effectively by providing training, guidance and advice in line with the company core values and code of conduct
? Develop the Relocations Sales team through motivation, counselling, skills development and service knowledge development
? Assist sales team in closing with challenging customers or bids
? Conduct interim and annual performance reviews and regular informal performance discussions with members of the Relocations sales team
? Take on a balanced number of in-home consultations in order to meet the demand for consultants in the peak season, to pay due attention to leadership, development, and strategic sales responsibilities in the off-season, and to ensure an equal opportunity of incentive within the sales team
? Serve as consultant on all VVIP cases
? Assist corporate services with escalations and challenges related to corporate clientele and transferees
? Accompany World Mobility sales and account management teams as an SME during Shanghai related business meetings when needed.
? Demonstrate and promote the company vision and values
? Promote cooperation, synergy, and inclusion between team members, departments, and divisions of Crown

Aptitude
? Experience in managing a team (sales supervision will be highly regarded).
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and display tact and discretion at all times.
? Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to work in a potentially rapidly changing environment.
? Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines.
? Ensure tasks are completed within timelines to a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Professional Knowledge and Skills
? Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
? Well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
? Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher or equivalent.
? Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
? Strong communication and presentation skills.
? Cultural sensitivity and awareness.

Qualifications
? 4 year college education
? English and Chinese (Mandarin) oral and written fluency
