职位描述：
Job Description
1. To improve the visual identification system of headquarter and project company, and supervise or guide relevant staff to implement
完善集团和项目的视觉识别系统，并监督指导公司相关员工的贯彻执行
2. To standardize the design requirements and production processes of the shopping malls, to establish unified standards
规范各购物中心的设计要求和制作流程，建立统一标准
3. To guide, advice and assist the design and visual presentation of shopping malls (including graphic, electronic publicity, prints, etc.)
为各购物中心的设计和视觉呈现进行指导，建议和协助（包括平面、电子宣传物，印刷制作等）
4. To guide, advice and assist the visual presentation and effects of large construction of shopping malls.
对各购物中心的大型搭建的视觉呈现和搭建效果提供指导，建议和协助
5. To guide, advice and approve on the materials, crafts and prices of printing and advertising supplies for shopping malls
对各购物中心的印刷和广告用品的材质、工艺以及价格提供建议、指导和审批
6. To conduct design work of headquarters-led projects, and effectively coordinate and execute with the project company
对总部主导的项目进行设计制作等工作，并有效地和项目进行落地对接
7. To provide innovative ideas for artistic decoration, festive decoration and activities set up, to provide latest creative reference and research of cross-industry and the industry
提供艺术装饰、节日装饰和新颖活动装置的创意理念，提供跨行业和本行业最新的创意参考和调研
8. To accomplish design and landscaping of graphic, electronics and other materials in headquarters level
完成总部层面的平面、电子等物料的设计和美化
9. Other assignments requested time to time
处理其他上级委托事宜

Requirement
1. A bachelor degree with 3 years’ relevant experience(experience of creative staff in 4A company, designer in PR or activity company is preferred)
大学本科以上学历，相关工作经验3年以上（4A公司创意人员，PR或活动公司设计人员工作经验优先）
2. Requires excellent design ideas and understanding of the audience psychological
要求有优秀的设计思路和对受众心理的理解
3. Requires excellent artistic and design attainment and skills
要求有优秀的艺术和设计素养及技能
4. Requires highly execution, familiar with the craft and price of textures and materials of production
要求对落地执行有相关经验，了解制作材质和物料的工艺与价格
5. Requires photography skills and related audio and video production skills or resources
要求有摄影技巧和相关影音制作能力或资源
6. Good oral/ written communication skills in Chinese and English
