职位描述：
这是和澳新银行(中国)有限公司北京分行签约的 合同期为4个月的合同工,担任北京中关村支行柜员.
需要0-2年相关工作经验.

Major Responsibility:
？ Provide responsibility and accurate on cash & non-cash transaction over the counter. Have good understanding on procedure and SAFE regulation.
？ Provide responsibility and accurate on account opening/maintenance and closure. Have good understanding on local regulatory policy.
？ Provide friendly responsive customer service by using excellent customer services skills.
？ Ensure accurate & efficient completion of all transactions.
？ Provide accurate advice & assistance to any customer enquiries or refer them promptly to Account Manager for handling.
？ Customer queues kept to a minimum & customers are served timely.
？ Maintain good relationship with customers.
？ Ensure compliance with the Bank policy and procedure and local statutory requirements eg. Money laundering guidelines to prevent possible losses, frauds and forgeries, exchange control, cheque law, banking law …..
 
Job Requirements:
？ Sound knowledge of local international practice for overseas remittances, local transfer, draft & cheques.
？ Sound knowledge of Operations policies & procedures.
？ Sound knowledge of relevant Regulations
？ Excellent customer services skill.
？ Sound knowledge of problem solving skill.
