职位描述
- Coordination and processing of warranty issues of High-Speed Trains Systems, develop the warranty concept and procedure together with the German warranty management and implement it with the on-site service team, communication with customers concerning warranty issues, coordinate for non-warranty service to customers, support the training for customer personnel;
Responsibility:
- internal/external warranty clarification regarding scope of work, working procedure;
- development and implementation of Return Good Cycle in China, monitoring and reporting of return goods;
- Coordinate the warranty service and repair service to customers; initiate domestic spare part purchase; compile and distribute regularly reports, e.g. ASS concept, ASS progress report and documents for warranty expiration certificate;
- Local coordination for the training to customer; monitor the usage of spare part and ensure enough spare part to fulfill warranty obligation;
- Support project management for claim; Support Project management (B and sub-projects)
