JOB PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
PERCENTAGE
OF TIME KEY TASKS
35% Act as contact for customers at all locations of Crown International Accounts (list provided later).
Communicate with customers on pricing, equipment requirements, issues, concerns, applications etc. and problem resolution. Report all customer communication concerns and any other pertinent information to other Crown associates and management as require d.
25% Work closely with Sales Directors(s) and Managers on the preparation of quotations, sales
presentation materials, and serve as vendor liaison as needed. Work rental and sales coordinators to process customer orders / POs to ensure accuracy of all deliveries as per customer orders - correct specifications, quantities etc. Assist with scheduling and follow up of new equipment deliveries, demo units, and rental requirements.
20% Assist in managing rental inventories either at Crown or customer locations. Collect data (hour
meter readings, service calls and breakdowns etc.) from customer locations and prepare documentation on a continual basis. Work with Crown service department to ensure service work is performed as per any existing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) requirements etc. Document all service records as they relate to Crown's performance. Record complete service information for all service performed on Crown rental trucks at customers site so that we can effectively communicate this information to customers.
10% Communicate with suppliers and assist to resolve any outstanding issues that may negatively
impact Crown or customer’s operation.
10% Assist sales team with any additional needs as necessary as they arise.

Minimum education /skills required
University graduate in mechanical, electronic or management subject
Minimum experience required
Above 1years of relevant experience.
