Job Description
Business Unit First Line of Defense: Coordinate across appropriate business units implementation of activities in relation to regulatory, governance and first line of defense initiatives and projects directed by APAC FLOD Office. Periodically communicate and share first line of defense related information and updates across business groups.
Client services support: It is required to work closely with QDII Client Relationship Manager (RM) and liaise with Operation CoE to ensure day-to-day engagement with the clients/Investment Managers is in line with the overall SLA. Directly manage daily calls and emails to handle various client inquiries and manage timely and accurate response.
Business development: Support cross-departmental company internal projects as assigned. Assist with business related market research.
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s or above degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred;
? Around 5 years related experience in client service or project coordination in the financial services industry. Custody, fund administration, project management experience preferred;
? Demonstrate effective time management skills and multitasking capability;
? Ability to quickly and effectively absorb new concepts and business knowledge;
? Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as be an effective team player and collaborator;
? Demonstrates the ability to analyze a problem, obtain and evaluate information, and reach sound conclusions;
? Process a focus on risk excellence;
? Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communications, analytical, & presentation skills.
