职位描述：
岗位职责:
1. 负责客户与内部实验室之间的沟通桥梁，准确转达客户及实验室的需求
2. 按照测试计划协调测试资源，确保测试顺利开展
3. 监督测试进展和完成情况，及时沟通解决测试中遇到的问题，确保测试目标的达成
4.对于测试新技术或新工具，通过接受客户培训或交流的方式熟练掌握后，完成对内部工程师的培训
5. 部门相关的其他工作

Job Description:
1. As the contact window between customer and internal lab, be able to convey the requirements correctly.
2. Manage test resource according to test plan, ensure the testing be run smoothly.
3. Superise the testing progress, resolve the problem during the testing timely, ensure the test target be achieved on schedule
4. For the new test technology or new tools, join the training from customer, and then provide the training for internal test engineers
5. Other works of department



任职要求:
1. 计算机或通信相关专业本科或以上学历
2. 2年及以上项目管理经验，手机或其他电子产品测试经验尤其场测经验者优先
3. 良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神
4. 熟练的英语口语及听力能力，能与外国同事无障碍沟通
5. 能吃苦耐劳，能够应对欧美时差


Basic Skill Requirements:
1. Major in computer or electrocommunication related
2. Above 2 years experience on project management, product testing experience on mobile phone or other electric product, especially field testing experience will be better
3. Good communication skills and team work capability
4. Excellent English spoken and listening capability, be able to communicate with foreigner smoothly.
5. Be able to work in high pressure, and be able to match the different time zone during night 举报 分享
