Job Purpose:
The OE Key Account Manager Moto is a replacement position, which is responsible to develop, implement and track on-going OE projects with specific Motorcycle manufacturer, develop and enhance the relationship with OE manufacturers, and drive the program development across departments.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with Motorcycle manufactures;
2. Coordinate with all departments to follow the OE projects and coordinate the customers and factories;
3. Coordinate customer visit (including plant audit, technical discussion, etc.), support any technical assessment by customer;
4. Collect and report marketing information.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years working experience in commercial area;
2. Preferably background and knowledge with Motorcycle manufactures;
3. Strong negotiation skills: ability to understand the customer needs and negotiate complex sales;
4. Excellent team working skills and communication skills;
5. Fluency in oral and written English;

? 支持新项目的启动与实施,包括但不限于与客户签订新产品试制协议、价格协议及年度供货协议;
? 负责完成上级临时交待的与业务发展相关的工作。
任职资格
? 文化程度:大学本科(或相当)以上;
? 学位及专业:企业管理/机械/汽车/国贸/营销或相关专业;
? 岗位培训及工作经验:
1,接受过摩托车和公司产品制造方面的培训,具备国际贸易及合资项目经验;
2,熟悉中国整车市场及销售文化,了解摩托车产品项目开发过程,有较强的商业理解能力;
3,洞悉市场机遇,有效跟进;
4,有较强沟通洽谈能力,能推动公司内部团队,有能力通过沟通影响主要决策者;
5,外语水平:流利的英语口语及书面表达能力。
