Your task:
Training Support:
-Select the training request of each department and prepare annual training plan and budget;
-Organize the internal & external training and develop new training courses;
-Improve the training policy and monitor the training effective;
-As the role of internal trainer and implement the orientation training, negotiate new courses, annual MOG performance training, etc:
-Development the internal trainer team and coordinate and improve the internal training courses;
-Search and development external training vendor and continue to improve the training policy.
Recruiting Support:
-Be responsible to maintain and develop the recruiting channel;
-Check and open recruiting advertisement on recruiting website and dvinci:
-Screen the CVs and recommend potential candidates to user department:
- Follow up the 1st round interview via phone call or face to face;
- Support and coordinate the 2nd round and final round interview;
- Support to follow up the recruiting approval process and draft employment contract;
-Develop and maintain the internal recommendation policy.
Annual Performance Management:
-Organize, implementation, evaluation and improvement of MOG;
-According to the company's assessment system to assist in the development of various departments and the implementation of the assessment indicators;
-Responsible for the annual performance interview process and data preparation of company result and individual performance;
-Annual salary review data support.
Employee Relationship:
-Performance assessment of Probation period;
-Employment contract management;
-Exit interview and reason analysis;
-Responsible for internal communication and external labor arbitration;
-Annual party and outing activities supporting;
-Coordinate the tasks from HRM.
Your competence:
-Bachelor's degree or above major in Human Resource or German is preferred;
-More than 5 years HR related experience, focus on training, recruiting and employee relationship in the automotive industry is preferred;
-Good knowledge of China Labor Law and related policy;
-Excellent English written/oral communication and presentation skills; knowledge of the German language is a plus;
-Be familiar with computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Power Point), good at reporting and data analysis;
-Strong executive ability and willing to work under pressure;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork;
-Good judgment and high confidence level.
