Title
? HR Business Partner (TD&OD)
Location
? Beijing
Key responsibilities may include
? The HR BP supports general human resources activities. He/she will work closely with the business line to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities.
? Assisting with implementation and coordinating major Human Resources processes (promotions, performance management, compensation and salary administration)
? Based on business plan and needs, work closely with business to develop workforce planning and organizational development to drive the growth and manage the changes.
? Work with business to manage performance including target setting, appraisal and improvement plan.
? Support business on engagement improvement and talent development and retention .
? Initiate related HR projects based on business needs and develop plan
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? At least 8+ years of working experience in HR related area within multinational companies
? Experience as HR business partner preferred
? Solid problem-solving and excellent communication / networking skills
? Strong presentation skills both in English and Mandarin
