职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责搭建培训体系及培训实施，完善培训制度及相关流程；
2、协同配合组织新课程开发，根据课程反馈不断优化课程库,确保培训取得预期效果；
3、选拔、培养和管理内部讲师，提升讲师业务能力及行业专业度；
4、整合公司内外部资源，提升用户体验，对公司业务、员工发展提供支持。
任职资格：
1、统招本科及以上学历，管理或相关专业；
2、5年以上培训管理经验，有一线互联网公司人力资源培训、企业大学管理等经验者优先；
3、丰富的培训规划与项目设计开发经验，有完整的通用课程可讲授者优先；
4、思维敏捷，责任心、抗压性强，有较强的规划组织、协调、团队协作能力。 举报 分享
