职位描述:
? *Establish with China management the priorities in learning and development that will address the main challenges and needs of the business.
根据业务发展策略和挑战, 建立学习发展的计划和重点.
? *Eestabolish learning & development policy and procedures, align with which & practices of the WHS and Retail cities, coach the corresponding training specialists.
建立学习发展的政策和流程, 并且辅导相关的特许经营和零售城市的培训人员.
? *Based on the business priorities, identify and lead China-wide learning & development projects (future leader, coaching, change management, etc), initiate various activities to set up best practice machnism and framework.
根据业务的策略, 识别和领导全国的学习发展项目(未来领导者, 辅导, 变化管理等), 推动各种项目建立全国范围内的***实践分享的平台和机制.
? *Deploy and apply compentency model, set up learning and development model. Design and facilitate some core training courses & workshops targeting at building management competencies and solving organizational problems at China level.
深入应用能力模型, 建立学习与发展模型, 设计相对应的课程或者工作坊, 建立关键组织能力, 提升解决问题能力
? *According to job request,draw up job training programming.
依各岗位要求,编制各岗位培训规划表。
? *Select, brief, follow-up and evaluate external providers, faculty or consultants used to support the business strategy at China level.
选择, 交流, 跟进和评估外部的供应商, 学校, 组织或者顾问以支持业务发展策略.
? *Network with the other Country training managers, share experiences, tools and materials.
与其它国家的培训经理建立网络, 学习和交流经验, 工具和资源
? *Act as a relay for the Global initiatives Launch, facilitate and follow-up of the global programs, with the support of the APAC L&D team.
在APAC学习与发展部门的支持下, 很好的支持集团项目的启动, 运行和完成.
? *Design and deploy training and development programs and process including needs analysis, training plan, program delivery and evaluation to reduce competency gaps
推广培训、发展项目和流程,包括需求分析、培训计划、项目执行和评估以减少资能差距。
? *Support the implementation of Performance Development Process & Talent Management Process nationally
绩效发展流程以及才管理流程的推广
? *Set up internal training teacher system,make sure internal training course which can be organized and developed in company.
建立内部培训讲师体系,明确公司内可组织和开展的培训课程。
? *Design and develop individual development plan
设计和开发人员的发展计划;
? *Collect and analyze internal/ external training resources and choose suitable training supplier;
收集并分析内/外部培训资源信息,选择合适的培训提供者;
? *Organize and coordinate to compile training material and keep update;
组织协调培训材料的编写,并定期更新;
? *Follow Training and Education Sponsor Policy to sign training agreement with staff on behalf of company;
根据培训及教育资助政策,与员工签订培训协议;
? *Evaluate the course/result/supplier of the training;
对培训过程、培训效果、培训提供者进行评估;
? *Draw up and deliver training report on time; Collect and keep all training record;
按时编制并提供培训报表;收集/保持所有与培训有关的记录;
? *Identify, assess and select appropriate resources to support the implementation of OD initiatives
识别、评估和选择适当的资源,以支持组织发展活动的实施;
? *Drive & facilitate the implementation of performance management process in national wise.
在营运单位推动和执行绩效管理流程;
? *The employee shall perform the other responsibilities and duties assigned by the company and his/her line manager.
员工应履行由公司和其直线经理指派的其他职责和任务。
