Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1. Partner with the hiring managers and Human Resources Managers of GE business to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for sourcing qualified diverse candidates positions in a timely and cost effective manner 2. Provide full recruiting service to the hiring managers including sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates, completing job folder and applicant flow log, and offer negotiation, etc. 3. Develop effective communication channels to interact with the hiring managers to ensure they are up-to-date on recruiting activities/process 4. Provide training for the hiring managers to ensure they are in compliance with all company policies and local (state and federal) laws pertaining to employment 5. Participate or lead other recruiting or HR projects as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 7 years relevant working experience, preferably from the industry of Healthcare, etc. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all level of organization 3. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in fast-paced and constantly changing environment 4. Excellent interview and assessment skills 5. Strong customer service focus and great team player6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

GE中国研究开发中心（CTC）是GE公司四个全球研发中心之一，是跨业务集团、跨研究领域的研发机构，为GE各业务集团提供基础科学研究、新产品开发、工程开发和采购服务。

中心坐落于上海张江高科技园区，占地面积47,000平方米，于2003年5月投入使用，是国内最大的独立外资研发机构之一，也是国内极少数具有基础科学研究能力的企业研发中心。

GE中国研发中心现有研发人员1400多人，60多个拥有世界一流设备的实验室，其研究力量主要集中在以下领域：

• 清洁能源，包括洁净煤、风电、太阳能发电等；
• 水处理与海水淡化；
• 材料科学，包括纳米材料、晶体、陶瓷，材料分析；
• 电力电子和实时控制；
• 先进制造技术；
• 影像技术；
• 化学技术，如导电高分子，电化学技术;
• 传感与检测技术；
• LED照明；
• 交通运输等

GE中国研发中心每年完成100多个研究项目。截至2009年底，GE在中国的研发人员共申请了450余项专利。
