职位描述
The Business Analyst has the responsibility of reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating processes, systems, and user needs for planned projects. The Business Analyst is involved in the development of business cases, facilitation of analysis workshops, the selection of the most effective solution and the definition and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure operational and IT deliverables meet the business requirements.
The Business Analyst assists the IT staff/vendor in understanding REMS division's operational needs to business systems and procedures. The incumbent is involved in planning, organizing and conducting detailed analytical studies to define problems, indentify deficiencies and improve solutions which impact the division's effectiveness, and provide the basis for management decision.
The systems that will be supported by the Business Analyst will be Yardi, Buildfolio/CTS for users primarily in China.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Partnering with business users to gather all requirements to formulate business specifications and translating those into business functionality.
2. Documenting workflows and results of business analysis.
3. Assisting the technical team/vendor in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of a business functionality requirements statement.
4. Communicating the business directives, goals, and rules to the technical team/vendor and serving as business interface from the division's operational management team managing expectations and defining business satisfaction metrics.
5. Proactively works with the various teams in the division to ensure that technology solutions are being used effectively and identifies needs for training and system enhancements where required.
6. Designing and executing test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly.
7. Assisting the division's business operations staff in developing content or other materials;recommending enhancements and identifying new business requirements.
8. Personal qualities: resourcefulness, responsibility, tenacity, independence, energy, and self-confidence, strong analytical skills, solid business judgment, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
9. Maintains current knowledge of new hardware and software and recommends upgrading to maintain efficient operation.
10.Works with IT system Developers as necessary.
11.Conducts training sessions to implement new or improved systems and procefures.
12.Conducts meeting on all levels of management for purposes of presentations, reviews, approvals of recommendations,etc.
13.Assumes additional reponsibilities as assigned.
14.Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing business services policies and prodedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, and make recommendations in these areas.
15.Providing user support for corporate applications.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in computer science, business administration, operations engineering or related field.
2. 3 years of systems procedures analysis experience in business services area, perferably in property management field.
3. Knowledge of relational databases
4. Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
5. Analytical and well organized as a excellent planner
6. Ability to work independently with limited supervision
7. Knowledge of the Microsoft.net framework, relational database model, structured analysis is a definite asset
8. Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
9. Ability to manage small projects or parts of projects
10.Ability to learn and assimilate new technologies
11.Work well within the context of a team
12.Work with third party vendor consultants on projects
13.Excellent Communication skills both oral and written

4. 英语听说写流利,良好的分析,沟通和组织能力
5. 良好的团队合作精神,包括IT技术团队和第三方供应商等
