1. New vehicle management
BOM(Bill of material) management
PT(Packing trial) order’s part arrangement
PT order releasing
Tracking/reporting the arrival & delivery
Project management controlling by Master Schedule
New/Risk supplier evaluation & audit
Enhance management activity by milestone
Work as Project controller to assure each event keeping on time
2. Design note management
Keep data accuracy when maintaining BOM according to Design note instruction
Check and adjust with supplier on their adopt status to control the new level part as requested
Keep oversea plants contacted with the latest parts arrangement information
Reduce open design note’s stock
3. Others
Routine:
Basic data maintenance
Communicate with related department
Communicate with A-ILNs(Alliance-International Logistics Network)/overseas plant /suppliers/outsourcing company
Regular team meeting
Urgent case treatment
KPI(Key performance Indicator)/Action plan implement
Other assignments request by supervisor
Learning ability
职位需求：
? Excellent Japanese or English in both written and oral.
? Good skills of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Good communication skills
Good teamwork spirit
Able to Work under pressure
Trouble-shooting and problem-solving attitude
bachelor degree
? 2~3years experience in automotive or production control function
? Work experience in Multi-national corporation is a plus
? Auto or manufacturing industry is a plus?
