Key Responsibilities:
? Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly goals for assigned accounts, territory or area
? Focus on growth of existing business and new customer sales by meeting business goals set by management
? Grow and maintain company's existing customer base through frequent client interaction and technical expertise as well as build integrated relationships with each customer
? Lead and provide business support to client specific Operational team(s) to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and accuracy for all jobs pertaining to assigned client accounts
? Manage quote and client specific requests
? Facilitate client contracts, CDA’s, MSA’s and Technical Agreements
? Track and communicate win/loss ratios and other metrics for all assigned accounts on a daily basis by using Salesforce.com
? Identify and recommend solutions to address client loss scenarios
? Monitor and communicate client pipelines to senior management
? Identify potential new clients and develop strategies to present company capabilities by networking and marketing our services to decision-makers
? Conduct market research and trend analysis reporting for all assigned and prospective accounts
? Share market information (trends, competitor information, etc.) with Marketing and Senior Management
? Assist in managing audits & site visits
? Assist in addressing complaints with QA/ CAPA
? Attend trade shows/exhibitions, workshops and seminars
? Arrange and coordinate with appropriate parties any company related travel for business meetings and conferences
? Apply Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and other relevant GXP in all areas of responsibility
? Function independently to influence the decision-making process of all clients through exceptional communication and development of innovative strategies which anticipate client objectives and address their technical needs
? Develop account plans and provide regular updates to support the achievement of Sales targets
? Gain full understanding of client needs and develop proposals and presentations that demonstrate the company competitive advantage
? Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet business needs
Key Qualifications:
? Degree level or higher - B.A., B.Sc., M.B.A
? Proficient in English as well as local language
? 3+ Years Minimum Experience for Managers to 10+ years Minimum Experience for Directors within the Logistics, Clinical Supply and/ or Pharmaceutical Industry
? Equivalent Life/ Work Experience
? Highly developed negotiation skills
? Highly developed verbal and presentation skills for personal presentations, and writing abilities to respond to complex Requests for Information/ Proposals (RFI/ RFP)
? Experience in complex, relationship-based strategic selling techniques
? Excellent time management/ prioritization skills
? Expert level understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain to enable anticipation of client needs and context in order to develop a service offering which exceeds competitive proposals
? Highly developed interpersonal skills to facilitate effective internal and external working relationships and gain acceptance of proposals with clients
? Innovative thought processes and ideas which suggest new service offerings which may lead to new and improved revenue opportunities for the business as well as a competitive advantage for company
? Maintain a superior knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, competitors and target clients
? Maintain and extend a network of senior decision making contacts within target client companies
