Position Description Summary
According to the requirement to verify, check and input data.
Duties and Responsibilities
? According to company arrangement to follow up, initiate and check account
? Check contact list, if no, update research queue immediately.
? Achieve the workload by fax, email and telephone.
? Strict use company FAQ and standard requirements in the system is applied to make records and write a report
? Understand the company and the special requirements of customers, and strictly abide by in the process of verification.
? Submit the work report before off work
? For need feedback and update information, should be immediately reports to team leader.
? For impossible to judge and solve problems should be communication with the Team leader, and cooperate to solve problems, to further research, temporarily unable to time through the system in accordance with the relevant provisions to insufficiency (according to Team leader specific guidance), etc. Familiar with company system function and reasonable use, such as system problems timely feedback to the team leader.
Skill-Set
? CET 4 or above, fluent in English on writing and speaking.
? Microsoft office software is required

? Good interpersonal communication ability and strain
? Pay attention to the details
Education
? Bachelor degree or above
