Job Summary
Be responsible for taking records of company major events, decision-making process and execution result of ation items.
Act as executive’s representative to follow through allocated tasks based on the instructions from time to time.
负责记录公司的重大事件、决策过程及取得的成果。
及时跟进高管分配的工作。
Key Responsibilities
1.Responsible for taking records of company future major events and decision-making process.
2.Follow up the execution result of action items.
3.Interview with related colleagues to know company past major events and decision-making process, organize into documents, record and save .
4.Other duties as assigned.
1.负责记录公司将来的重大事件及决策过程。
2.跟进重大事项的执行结果。
3.与相关同事面谈，了解公司过去的重大事件及决策过程，整理成文、记录和保存。
4.完成高管分配的其他工作。
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Chinese is preferred;
2. Familiar with Microsoft office;
3. Strong Chinese skills in both oral and written, fast typing speed;
4. CET-6 or above.
1. 本科或以上学历，中文专业优先；
2. 熟悉办公软件；
3. 扎实的中文书写及口头表达能力，打字速度快；
4. 英语六级或以上。
