Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead trade marketing team to propose, develop, deploy and ensure trade
marketing programs, policy and methods, according to company sales &
marketing strategy ;
- Develop effective trade program according to business strategy and business opportunities;
- Develop and design selling tools and POSM to support business within assigned budget;
- Lead Trade marketing team to establish & improve sales promotion processand sales information system;
- Lead, guide & develop team members to ensure maximizing the potential of team & individual performance;
- Oversee trade marketing projects budgets in line with agreed plans;
- Ensure the trade programs execution quality via unbalanced skill/experience level across all regions/provinces;
- Improve sales rolling forecast accuracy in a dynamic market, with a young field sales organization, and during the quick growing business trend.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years experience in field sales management in FMCG in all channels and cross regions;
- At least 3 year experience in planning and managing national/regional trade and / or marketing Programs;
- Good skill in reading, writing and speaking Mandarin & English;
- With strategic planning, exceptional communication skills in written, spoken and listening;
- With trade marketing & distribution channel knowledge and insights;
- Experience in process & project management, and financial budgeting.
