职位描述

Goals/Mission:
- Act as sales man to develop XHQ (world leading operations intelligence solution) software business into China Oil Gas Chemical and Energy market and to acquire XHQ projects from major customers such as Sinopec, CNPC, CNOOC, Shenhua, Sinochem, Chemchina as well as foreign Chemical investors in China.

Dimensions:
- Take sales responsibility, work independently to pursue XHQ project opportunities. Develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channels.

Working Partners/Contacts:
- Internally: Head of XHQ business peer sales and marketing colleagues/HQ Sales & Marketing colleagues, coordinate with Key Account Managers, other internal business department for cross selling, and BA/Procurement for commercial support.
- Externally: work closely with clients, solution partners and integrators, etc.

Tasks:
- Collect project information; identify pipeline opportunities in China Oil Gas Chemical and Energy market at early project stage.
- Leverages Siemens global reach to influence decisions on global projects regardless of delivery destination or purchase location, identifies key synergies between customer and other Siemens organizations to determine and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Identify key stakeholders and responsible for customer/stakeholder engagement with support from Proposal/PEL team and HQ if necessary, in charge of routine liaison, customer meetings, technical exchange, events to push project opportunities forward.
- Take the sales leadership for technical and budgetary proposals, project bid, and contract negotiation with necessary support from BA, legal, support team etc. Lead project acquisition activities till contract signed, and to handover to PEL team. Prepare lessons learnt if bid failed.
- Setup, Maintain, enhance the relationship network for key top management of main customers, to pursue long term partnership with key customers.
- Provide market intelligence of Oil market in China Oil & Gas industry, especially the market size/potential, market development trend, customer profile, selection criteria etc. Work out and implement business plan/strategy for the Oil solutions in China Chemical Oil & Gas and energy market, with support of local and HQ colleagues.
- Support Marcom activities.

Knowledge/Languages:
- Knowledge of industry software technology, such as ERP, MES, RTDB, OI, etc
- Chemical Oil Gas industry know-how and knowledge
- Knowledge of international trading and project commercial T& Cs
- Strategic solution selling skill and contract negotiation skill
- Interpersonal communication skill and interpersonal skill, pipeline and network skill
- English language

Experience:
- At least 10 years experience in the relevant areas, demonstrates extensive knowledge in field of specification or multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complex assignments. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.
- 5+ years solution sales experience with Enterprise management software solution. Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source of technical/scientific knowledge for area of expertise is a good plus.

- Bachelor or above

English:
- Advanced
