Key Responsibilities


?Supervise and manage all the national marketing programs, both ATL and BTL, from plan to execution;
?Lead marketing operation team in the development and execution of the approved marketing plans;
?Collect market-place information, compile and prepare reports for decision making purpose;
?Provide input and consumer insight to the development of marketing strategies and all promotion activities;
?Budget and monitor trade spending according to the plans;
?Coordinate between the related departments and stakeholders to execute the marketing programs;
?Balance the resources among the different brands, the channels and the regions to achieve the maximum return of marketing programs;
?Set the KPIs for the team and the team members to drive up the performance of the whole team and increase the efficiency, and service level; Manage the performance of the team members;



Key Requirements:


?Bachelor degree or above;
?At least 5 years solid experiences in marketing, with financial planning and budgets capability and experience.
?At least 2 years managerial experiences;
?Experienced in execution, monitoring and evaluation of trade activity;
?Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
?Proactive and positive work approach, high sense of responsibility;
?Self-motivated and diligent, ability to work independently and multi-task in a team environment;
?Good computer literacy, e.g. MS Office, Outlook, etc.
?Good command of English in both written and oral.
