职位描述

Mission
- IT Support is responsible for supporting the company's overall IT requirements and Siemens IT policy compliance
- Reporting to the IT Manager this position is responsible for supporting the IT operations and requests from CFO

Contacts
- All SFLL departments as necessary, SIS, CIT and IT colleagues in Chine and the head office; external contacts as needed

Task
1. Provide strong support in lease application management
a. Business process management: enabling and integrating existing or new business processes into the IT platform;
b. IT operations management: daily tasks such as user management, security management, batch runs etc.; includes also managing internal and external service providers for IT services (e.g. Database, network, application, interfaces etc.); first level support for users;
c. Change request management: collecting user requests for changes/enhancements within the software; managing and coordination of the internal process owners to avoid conflicts and inconsistencies, prioritizing of the change requests; managing the solution process (software provider, consultants)
d. Fault management: collection and qualification of software bugs/ faults, managing the trouble shooting process (software suppliers, Service Level Provider)
e. Organization and running of test for new releases, service pecks and hot fixes
f. Documentation of parameter settings, authorizations and releases/ fixes
g. Preparation and supporting in case of IT audits
h. Training and supporting new employees in the business applications
i. Servicing and Development of interfaces to external IT systems.
j. Evaluation and implementation of new software if required (e.g. Internet sales channel/Web
2. Work with service providers to support IT infrastructure management of the company
a. Hardware management: managing Service Provider(s), negotiation of service level agreements, quality reviews, taking care of hardware refreshes and new investments in hardware
b. Software management: managing Service Provider(s), negotiation of service level agreements, quality reviews, taking care of application patches, service packs and upgrades; includes managing of the testing process
3. Support implementation of Siemens Infosec requirements
4. Support to ensure SFLL comply with the Siemens IT governance policies
5. Assist in conducting relevant trainings to SFLL staff
6. Other company ad-hoc requirements

Knowledge
- Project management skills related to IT
- Has education background (experience in defining business application per business requirements
- Support IT Manager/CFO to organize respective department users to test the system strong communication skills

Experience
- Project management skills, detail oriented and process driven
- Open to different cultures
- Advanced degree in computer science is required; proficiency in verbal and written English is required

Education
- Bachelor or above
