Job Responsibility:

• Proactively seek clinical research professionals from all available sources (LinkedIn, Job Boards, networking events and internet job postings ) building pipeline of candidates
• Write creative and inspiring job adverts
• Screen CV’s and conduct interviews and write excellent and inspiring candidate summary
  Coordinate internal and client interviews
• Working with assigned accounts, the Recruiter will take responsibility for filling contract and permanent placements and maintaining the entire recruitment process through to offer and handover stage to operations
• Complete all necessary placement and on boarding documents and forward to relevant departments
• Be the primary link between client hiring managers and candidates and consult with client hiring managers and Human Resources throughout the recruitment process, providing detailed assessment for all candidates sourced
• Collect required documentation for candidate application (visa info, passport, education certificates and corporate documents, etc)
• Ensure that references are collected and recorded
• Coordinate all recruitment activity informing Operations as required
• Document and track all recruitment activity in Hiresesk
• Responsible for arranging new terms of business for all new hires and ensuring terms are fully signed and returned to legal prior to candidate start
• Support on-boarding activities to ensure all new starters receive excellent service and all equipment for first day and complete handover to operations manager
• Represent Strategic Resourcing at tradeshows and external event
• Accompany Director/ Ops Managers to client meetings and pitches as requested
• Work with Manager in identifying areas for business development
• Provide cover for other team members as required and recruit across countries/regions

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 2 years direct recruiting experience either from inhouse or agency
• Excellent communication skill and organizational ability
• Good oral and verbal English skill
• Familiar with Clinical Research/CRO would be preferred
