职位描述：
The key accountabilities for this role are, but not limited to;

*Perform the function of procurement analyst within the frameworks of the Global Procurement Team and work very closely with Procurement Director, and occasionally support to the APAC Procurement Team.

*Focus on local supplier sourcing, negotiation and contracting; responsible for implementation and transition work of group procurement contracts with China / HK agencies.

*Maintain all reporting of analysis, savings programmes, procurement plans as directed by Groupe Procurement / Regional Procurement.

*Provide reporting and ad hoc project work on China & HK markets.

Experience/Qualifications

*At least 5 years of working in a strong commercial environment in purchasing/procurement in a middle to large scale organization;
*Bachelor Degree or above holder in Purchasing/Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or any related major is preferred;
*Experience in use of financial ERP system (Kingdee, BCC, SAP etc.) is preferred;
*Experience in Advertising & Marketing industry is preferred but not a must;
*Excellent command of Mandarin and Cantonese;
*Excellent command of writing and reading skills in English, good oral English skill is preferred;
