职位描述:
1.通过规划、落实和评估员工关系和人力资源政策、方案和规范,维护并丰富公司的人才资源。
2.实时更新岗位要求和描述,完善公司组织架构。
3.建立招聘、测试和面试流程;向主管推荐优秀候选人;负责开展和分析离职面谈;提出后续发展建议来管理公司人才资源。
4.开展入职前的指导和培训,使员工能更快适应分配的任务。
5.实施周期性的薪酬调查;安排和组织工作评估;预设薪酬预算;监督和落实个人工资发放情况;完善、规划和推行薪酬结构优化,以此建立薪酬体系。
6.培训主管指导和规范员工行为,确保员工的工作成果得以规划,监督和评估;定期安排主管和员工的座谈;听取并解决员工的不满;为员工和主管提供咨询。
7.通过研究和评估福利需求及趋势,建立员工福利计划并告知员工相关福利;向管理层建议福利计划;主导福利理赔过程;落实和评估福利合同的报价;提供福利合同;计划并贯彻福利计划的教育方案。
8.监督确保公司履行并遵守国家和地方适用的人力资源相关规定;开展调查研究;保存所需记录;在听证会上代表公司利益。
9.通过规划、修正并为人力资源政策和程序提供建议,维护管理层的指导方针。
10.设计存档和检索系统,以保存人力资源历史记录;仔细留存过去和现在的记录。
11.通过参加教育性论坛,掌握专业和技术知识;阅读专业期刊;拓展人脉网络;加入专业团体。
12.负责安排和分配员工到各部门,完成人力资源工作需求;跟进工作状况。
13.负责招聘、筛选、入职前的指导和培训员工,规范员工管理。
14.为员工提供咨询,规范员工行为来保证其工作质量;规划、监督和评估其工作成果。
15.采取必要的措施促进团队建设。

2.人力资源相关专业,本科以上学历。至少在400人以上公司有从事人力资源经理5-7年以上的经验。有其他人力资源相关证书,例如福利管理、绩效管理、薪酬管理等优先考虑。
3.有在视效公司或者后期制作公司经验者优先考虑。
4.有良好的的人脉网络,能推荐优秀的制作人员填补公司的职位空缺。
5.熟悉国内的劳动法,并能随时掌握最新动态。
6.有团队合作精神,能带领并培训其团队不断壮大。
7.能有效制定有关团队建设、员工福利和其他活动方案来鼓舞员工士气,提高工作效率。有相关咨询技能的优先考虑。
8.有熟练的英语阅读和写作能力(强制性条件),会其他语种也是加分项。

Job Responsibilities:
1.Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
2. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
3. Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
4. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
5. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
6.Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
7.Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
8.Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
9. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
10. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
11. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
12. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
13. Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
14. Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
15. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
To do this role, the candidate will need to:
1. Able to lead a team of recruiters to plan, hunt and seek other mediums to ensure hiring the right people for various departments to serve the company needs or growth.
2.A degree holder (minimum) in Human Resources Management or any related certification with minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing HR department for a company that have 400 (or more) employees. Additional HR related certifications like Benefit Administration, Performance Management, Wages management etc., will be a plus point to consider.
3. Work experience in a Visual Effects or a post-production studio will be the preferred candidate.
4. Have a pool or network of people / artistes that able to bring in to serve the company immediate needs.
5. Must have deep understanding of the employment law for the People Republic of China and keep a constant update.
6. A team player and able to lead and train his/her team to perform better.
7. Able to work out plans for team building, staff’s benefits and others activities to boost morale and efficiency for the company. Counseling skills preferred.
8. Able to read and write in Chinese and English (mandatory) fluently. Other languages will be a plus point.
