Job description

Participates as a member of an Information Technology (IT) technical team in the LES Shanghai. Applies deep, broad knowledge of computer technology to design, implement and administer high risk critical infrastructure of R&D space.

Demonstrates technical leadership. Independently resolves various technical issues of computer server and application. Proactively searches for issues and provides solutions to prevent problems from occurring in area of responsibility. Need to communicate with team members and other organizations on a worldwide base, and communicate & coordinate with internal customers.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent and the minimum of 5 years related working experience.

-Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Server Management & Security. The experience of large scale Microsoft Domain & Active Directory network management will be a significant advantage.

-Good knowledge in Linux server system administration.

-Rich experience with infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, data center, security, network and applications) and IT Infrastructure processes.

-Experience in VMware, Storage or Database will be a plus.

-Strong problem solving, priority setting, collaboration and communication skills. Good organizational and analytical skills.

-Possess creative ability, consulting skills, leadership qualities, credibility and self confidence. Influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.

-Customer centric focus attitude.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
