1. 负责总机电话的转接，访客接待。
2. 负责快递、信件收发，及快递费用结算；
3. 及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系方式。
4. 负责会议室预定管理。
5. 负责办公用品采购及电商采购付款。
6. 负责财产物资的维修和保养（打印机、复印机、投影仪）。
7. 负责日常办公用品的库存管理，并按照公司相关规定对企业行政财产物资登记、造册、定期进行盘点。结算和记录办公用品的管理、保管。负责低值易耗品的管理；
8. 负责文件打印管理。
9. 负责协助组织公司活动的开展；协助人事发放公司员工福利，组织公司员工生日聚会。
10.公司内电机机内容播放。
11.负责设备设施及环境卫生管理，负责公共设备设施的报修、登记、费用结算；
12.负责每日下班前关闭所有会议室的窗、设备、灯。
13.负责后台员工考勤统计工作；导出、核查、提交；
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历；
2.具备良好的公文写作、文书处理、前台接待等相关知识；
3.英语口语可沟通；
4.具有较强的执行力及服务意识，良好的合作倾向，对自我的认能力较好，有团队意识；
