Key Responsibilities:
? Application Enablement Planning and Management
- Execute strategies to effectively and efficiently deliver application enablement support activities within and across multiple regional application portfolios.
- Partner with regional application portfolio managers/supervisors and center led Technical Services team to develop and implement strategy for application(s) portfolio roadmap and rationalization.
? Application Delivery Support
- Ensures application architects and technical leads are established and operating to a necessary level of maturity aligning EA reference archtectures and design patterns supporting global and regional projects.
? Supervise continuous improvement and delivery excellance of solution design and build in partnership with other 3rd party vendors and Global IT teams and processes;
? Relationship and Service Management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external service providers and metric measurement and management ensuring continuous improvement process & build/change leadership performance in alignment with expectations of the business.
- Ensures processes and tools are executed and implemented consistently within the regional portfolios meeting Global IT standards. Responsible point of contact for integration implementation of solution design and build processes (measurements, metrics, KPIs, and scorecards).
? Daily enablement team work activities
- Perform to a high standard, one or multiple daily activities of the enablement team as required by project(s) demand and resource capacity constraints.
- Utilize understanding and technical expertise to educate/train and skill-up team members across multiple capabilities for the team.
Key Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in information technology or business, or equivalent experience;
? BA/BS in Business, IT, or Computer Science;
? 7 years in technology design and development teams and environments;
? 2 years of people management and leadership;
? Demonstrated experience managing development environments and offshore/managed delivery models across multiple process areas;
? Demonstrated experience delivering value added solutions via innovative and creative means.
? Experience in multiple areas of application design and build (e.g. Standards, Patterns, Architectures, etc.);
? Experience managing for ITIL processes;
? Experience interacting effectively and appropriately using technical and non-technical communication with various levels of the organization including internal and external partners, management, and business/function partners;
? Ability to work in a matrix across multiple groups and geographies, leveraging 3rd pty or manage services, to solve operations problems and avoid continuity risk;
? Experience working with service providers including contract management, governance, and operational management;
? Experience in leading and managing middleware technologies;
? Business fluency in English;
? Ability to travel up to 20%.
