Mission
- As one of SRE North East Asia Controlling team members, this role is responsible for space and top+ reporting and controlling, cluster countries reporting etc. to ensure SRE business under a well controlled environment.

Task
Risk & internal controls (RIC)
- Define SRE related controls in line with corporate risk & internal controls guideline
- Monitor the SRE RIC implementation status within Cluster North East Asia
- Conduct periodic audit and provide reports to SRE Cluster management
- Take charge of SRE internal controlling system and continuously improve the implementation efficiency and effectiveness
SLC SOA
- Participate in yearly SOA activities according to corporate schedule
- Define SOA related processes together with process owners
- Define and test SOA controls
- Audit speaker to external audit.
SRE governance & controlling
- Provide consultancy to SRE colleagues as topic owner SRE signature mandate
- SRE circular and regulation management
- Manage the use of SLC contract seal in SRE
- SRE operating company controlling tasks such as business license annual check etc.
SRE processes management
- As SRE process house owner, regular maintain and publish SRE business processes
- Provide process related consultancy to SRE colleagues
- Process modeling with ARIS tool
- Identify risks and define control points of SRE key processes
- Conduct regular processes review together with processes owners
- Document and manage SRE processes, templates, work instructions, forms etc.
- Miscellaneous and special projects as company required
Knowledge
- MS Office (Especially PPT, Excel)
- Financial / accounting knowledge
- Financial analysis methodologies
- Quality management
Experience
- At least 2 years experience with the similar function in a multi-national company
Education
- Bachelor or above
