Senior Accountant

The main purposes of the role are to:

1. Review and post entries including depreciation, amortization, accruals and etc.
2. Perform monthly revenue analysis
3. Prepare/review financial statements/reports prior to distribution to management/corporate office
4. Prepare financial analysis
5. Government statistics
6. Analyze customer's credit needs when requested
7. Review sales contracts and maintain deposit reports
8. Calculate stamp tax based on contract amount
9. Prepare and analyze budgets/forecasts
10. Review vouchers for reasonability, sufficient supporting documents, and assist in filing then appropriately
11. Prepare invoices, split invoices and pack for mail
12. Other work arranged by manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting or Finance
- Qualified, graduate with 3 or more years experience

- Strong analytical ability, with a logical mind & excellent problem solving skills in both finance and business practice is preferential
- Familiar with US GAAP and PRC GAAP
- Team player and able to work to tight deadline.
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel, Power Point
- Good English in both writing and speaking
