Job Description
- Deliver high quality desktop support for end users;
- Install, configure and maintain personal computers, printer / network / Internet access support, and other related equipment, devices and systems;
- Perform hardware and software installation and upgrades;
- Investigate and troubleshoot user problem, perform root cause analysis;
- Ensure timely user notification on maintenance and effects on system availability
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

- Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3 years working experience in IT Industry;
- Good command of English (both spoken and written) and fluency in spoken Chinese is a must
- Possess good customer handling skills, experience in dealing with VIP and foreigners;
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting demands effectively;
- Proactive and "can-do" working attitude;
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule;
- Holder of MCSA/MCSE/CCNA is an advantage
