Recruiting Intern
Responsibilities:
- Operate recruiting system to post openings both internally and externally;
- Responsible of CV review and 1st phone interview
- Take charge of all rounds of interview arrangement and coordination
- Push interview feedback from interviewers, and schedule hiring meetings
- Update candidate tracking list and recruiting data weekly
- Support offer and labor contract related documentations preparation and filing
- Support campus recruiting and other recruiting projects
Requirements:
- University students
- English communications skills
- fast-learner and detail- driven
- Good teamwork spirit
- Be calm under big pressure
- At least 4 working days per week, commitment for working at least 3 months, you may have 1-2 weeks holidays.
- We prefer the candidate who has HR or hunter Intern experience.(not must)
