Requirements/任职要求

l University or college degree

大专或本科学历

l More than 1 year in logistics or order management

至少有一年物流或订单管理工作经验

l Hard working , good communication and team working attitude

努力工作，良好的沟通和协同工作态度

l Good computer skill and English speaking and writing capability

良好的计算机技能和英语口语，写作能力

l Familiar with ERP system

熟悉ERP系统。

Functional area/职责

l Make purchase request as well as provide forecast to suppliers

制定采购申请以及提供供应商备货预测

l Release order in Iscala , PO tracing .

在ISCALA系统中制作订单，日常的未交订单的跟踪

l Manage reject products cycle time

对不合格产品的处理周期的跟踪

l Train suppliers on packing, label, delivery & invoice as company regulation;

培训供应商按照公司规定包装，贴标签，发货及开票。

l Sorting, repacking fee charge to suppliers

负责对需要挑选及重新包装的供应商收费

l Supplier payment statement & application

和供应商对账并做付款申请

l Work strictly as ISO9001 & EHS

严格按照ISO9001 流程工作&环境和职业健康安全管理体系

l Other work assigned by company

完成公司委派的其他工作
