职位描述

Primary Purpose
Will be primarily responsible for managing the MS Windows server and storage platforms and solving operational issues as they arise. This role will also be responsible on supporting any project initiatives and operational issues related to corporate application and client services. Will need to closely incorporate with project team, application team and client service team on project planning, test, implement and deliver results.
Assist the Senior Manager, Data Center with the design of new system components which will make systems administration and support tasks easier. Make sure the Windows server environment that conforms to Coach standard and compliance. Will be assigned areas of expertise where he/she will function as the primary or backup person for any issues related to that area and will be responsible for training other team members about these areas. Rotation with others in on-call support to monitor systems, trouble shoot and resolving issues, and or notification of additional support staff when necessary.


Key Responsibilities
? Assisting the Senior Manager, Data Center with the design of Windows and storage system components which will improve automation and help ease systems administration tasks.
? Supporting on corporate system services to corporate user community
? As backup role to support Asia stores system services to retail users
? Investigate new technologies and software packages, which will improve systems monitoring, system performance or systems administration procedures.
? Develop technical and operations documentation for supporting the systems
? Traveling to other Coach facilities to install and configure new systems or to debug problems with existing systems.
? Respond to user issues received on the help desk. This will include, working with the user to diagnose the cause of the problem, and then fix it when appropriate.
? Monitor the systems proactively on regular basis to anticipate any problems that may develop, before they occur.
? Install and configure Windows systems, virtual environment, storage systems and related system platforms.
? Rotation with others for the on-call support schedule.
? Collecting and analyzing statistics to aid in debugging any problems and performance issues within the WINDOWS servers and SAN storage.
? Utilizing the disk and volume administration tools to add, replace, or reallocate disk space to the WINDOWS environments, and to monitor disk utilization and I/O performance to help prevent system bottlenecks.
? Installing and mastering new software packages.
? Training other team members to use these software packages
? Work with the applications development team to apply changes, and fixes to the system.
? Work with other team members during weekend maintenance windows to apply hardware and software changes to the systems.
? Apply Service Packs and other Software patches.
? Administering IIS and other web components
? Troubleshooting and problem isolation on network issues and networked application problems
? Support and maintain an Win2K8 Active Directory structure and objects
? Support and maintain the Citrix XenApp 6 infrastructure and other Citrix applications.
? Support and maintain the data de-duplication and backup systems
? Support and document BCP and DR drill test plan
? As backup role to manage and support MS Exchange 2010, Blackberry messaging systems
? Cross train other team members and providing training when required.
? Develop and Implement Project plans created in MS Project.
? Supporting Applications including code deployment


Education, Experience, and Qualifications
? Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
? Holder of MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solution Experts) on server infrastructure and/or MCSA on Windows Server 2008
? 5+ years of AD/Windows system administration experience including 1 year+ of server management in a Windows 2008 environment support and SAN infrastructure.
? Multiple platforms and heterogeneous environments.
? Hands-on experience on Windows 2003/2008 Server, HP Blade server, NetApp SAN storage, VMWare ESX and Citrix XenApp 5 or above.
? Knowledge of SEP, SQL server, Exchange, disk de-duplication and NetBackup are strong pluses.
? Good communication skills. English and Mandarin is a must
