Mission
- As one of SRE(Siemens Real Estate) North East Asia Controlling team members, this role is responsible for space and top+ reporting and controlling, cluster countries reporting etc. to ensure SRE business under a well controlled environment.

Task
Space reporting and controlling
- Continuously optimize current space reporting process especially new portfolio within SRE North East Asia Cluster.
- Take charge of monthly space reporting including plausibility check and correction.
- Make various space related reporting to support SRE business development, such as vacancy development report, sector/division space report etc.
Top+ reporting and controlling
- Conduct regular top+ training and provide case by case consultancy to SRE colleagues.
- Collect and review top+ measures submitted from Cluster districts and countries.
- Ensure top+ measures entries in PumaWeb with a high data quality
- Provide various reports to support SRE business development such as savings to division report, savings by country/district/location report etc.
Taiwan/Hong Kong/South Korea reporting and controlling
- Provide consultancy to SRE Taiwan / Hong Kong / South Korea regarding SRE specific reporting requirement and guideline
- Collect and review cluster countries reports including key figure, forecast, investment and maintenance project, one time cost, risk and opportunity etc.
SRE governance & controlling
- Provide consultancy to SRE colleagues as topic owner SRE signature mandate
- Manage the use of SLC contract seal in SRE
- SRE operating company controlling tasks such as business license annual check etc.
Miscellaneous and special projects
- Track REIP baselining status, conduct REIP baselining quality review and provide, and take charge of Location Directory
- Other ad-hoc projects as company required.
Knowledge
- MS Office (Especially PPT, Excel)
- Financial / accounting knowledge
- Financial analysis methodologies
- Quality management
- English
Experience
- At least 3 years experience in financial controlling field, IT technology background preferred
Education
- Bachelor or above
