Job Description：
The position is a critical role in TalkingData’s Investment Research business. Qualified candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling TD’s investment data products and services to the domestic and overseas institutional investors, both in private and public equity market, who have relied on TD’s big data and industry insight in their investment decision making in stages of due-diligence, deal sourcing, portfolio management and etc.

Responsibilities：

？ Maintain active communications with TD’s current investor data subscribers in the form of company visits, phone call, e-mail etc; collect clients’ feedbacks on TD’s products and make sure the analyst and supporting team follow on clients’ requests with necessary improvement; arrange conference calls / meetings when necessary for in-depth communications between clients and the analyst
？ Assist in the product delivery to clients by working closely with the product team; co-ordinate with legal / finance departments etc in following house-keeping issues like contract signing details / NDA revisions.
？ Generate enough leads and convert to new clients, to help the team achieve sales target;
？ Learn about market dynamics such as update of competing product and potential new clients’ data needs.

Requirements：

？ Familiar with private and public equity markets with 1-year or longer experience in institutional investor services; broker-dealer / investment banks / buy-side or relevant background is preferred;
？ Good at and enjoy communicating with people, with strong skills in maintaining and developing customer relationships, as well as a network (or ability to build a network) of buy-side clients;
？ Fluent in both oral and written English, confident in communicating with English native speakers with no barriers;
？ Finance, economics, mathematics majors preferred;
