General Summary

Highly Involve in the monthly forecast and annual budget; provide financial analysis, management reports, and ad hoc analysis required by management team.

Essential Functions

? Prepares annual revenue and expense budgets deck and support FP&A Manager to whole budget process.
? Work with FP&A manager in preparation of monthly forecast with good understanding on business
? Prepares and analyzes all financial reports. Assist in monthly revenue analysis; reporting and variances analysis
? Performs various financial reporting tasks, coordinates revenue and expense accruals, and ensures the timeliness and accuracy of the monthly or quarterly close.
? Maintains financial analysis system and application of new functions/structure changes
? Assist in the preparation on the month end Flash report.
? With the guidance of FP&A Manager, Analyze reported results from operations for variances in Budget and growth over prior year and have the ability to comment on those results. This includes various ad hoc requests based on management needs.
? Act as a business partner and Interface with and advises business heads and department managers regarding financial matters.
? Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures in all financial matters.
? Coordinates and manage special projects
? Assist Management team on business performance measurement and KPI reports
? Assist in special projects.
? Provide backup to peers and support to supervisor.

Qualifications

Has at least two-year experience as a Financial Analyst in an accounting environment. Strong analytical skill and communication skill. Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or equivalent. Experience in insurance business is a plus. Experience with big four accounting firms is a plus.
