Sales Operation Specialist
● Title:
SOP Specialist
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
● Mission
Build up and maintain customer information system
Find business opportunity by channel/customer/product wise
By Customers’ KPI Consolidation and Tracking
● Key Responsibilities
1. Store Authorization System Foundation Management;
Validate store information from field sales, maintain store information system, prepare automation letters and co-work with related vendors to track the delivery status of QR Code and Logo Plaque.
2. Customer Related data maintenance and sharing;
Maintain Customer basic information; Normalize Customer Channel and Region definition;
3. Customer KPI Tracing;
(Contract, Payment, Sell-in, Sell-out, Inventory, Return, Turnover, Business Forecast/Plan, Distribution)
4. Customer Related document support and maintenance;
5. Regular Administration support to SOP Manger
● Experience
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience multinational company
2. Experience in eyewear industry is a plus
3. Experience in consulting/customer service/Finance/System development is a plus
4. Experience in luxury industry or cosmetics is a plus
5. University degree or above
● Ideal Candidate
1. Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and oral) - French or Italian knowledge is a plus
2. Self-motivated and being proactive in a start-up environment
3. Analytical and logical thinking
4. In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Power Point, Word)
5. Ambitious and flexible and a team player by heart
